Terms of service

◉ I have the right to reject any commission.
◉ Will serve in order of submitted commissions.
◉ Finished piece will be sent via email as .png.
◉ Do not present my commissions as your art nor try to sell it.PAYING
◉ At least 50% of the price will be paid upfront and the remaining when the artwork is completed.
◉ The upfront payment becomes non-refundable once I have informed you that I have started working on your piece.
• If I start the piece but am unable to finish, I will provide a 75% refund.
• If it should happen that I am unable to start working on your commission, I will contact you and arrange a full refund.
◉ Paypal is my preferred way to receive payments. If that isn't possible we can discuss other payment methods.CREDIT
◉ My signature must not be removed from the artwork. If it has been, you must credit me in the ways mentioned below.
◉ I must be credited every time the art is displayed in any way by either adding my

I take every copyright of the artwork as the creator of the digital art, but not of any intellectual property displayed in the art itself such as characters, people, animals or environment designs of known franchises.
◉ I have the right to display the art in my portfolios/showcases. If the client wishes the artwork to be private, I can agree to that if it’s stated in the original requirements for the commission.
◉ For personal use, you get the right to use and repost it when you wish as long as my signature or watermark is on the piece or you credit me.Everything can be talked through and common ground can be found if the commissioner has wishes to use my art otherwise.
